This document is an agreement between you and Disciplineo. Your use of the website and app constitutes full acceptance of these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

The service is intended for users aged 13 and older. Users under 18 must use it with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Description of the service

Disciplineo is a tool for managing goals with a visual roadmap and milestone flags, daily tasks, health and workout tracking, a Vision Board, and viewing personal progress. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time.

4. Accounts and security

To use personal features you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Core features are available for free on the Free tier. Some features (such as the VIP and VIP+ tiers) require a paid subscription. Details and pricing for each tier are shown on the Products page. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and features remain available until the end of the subscription period.

6. Your content and data

The information you enter (goals, notes, health data, etc.) belongs to you, and you are responsible for its accuracy. We process and store this data to provide the service; details are in our Privacy Policy.

7. Health disclaimer

Disciplineo is a motivational and organizational tool and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified professional before making significant changes to your diet, exercise, or lifestyle.

8. Acceptable use

Illegal use, intrusion attempts, reverse engineering, distributing malware, or any action that harms the service or other users is prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of your account.

9. Intellectual property

The Disciplineo name, logo, design, code, and content belong to us and may not be used or copied without written permission.

10. Availability

We strive to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or improvements.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Disciplineo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. You use the service at your own risk.

12. Suspension and termination

If you violate these terms, we may restrict your access or suspend your account. You may also disable your account at any time.

These terms may be updated over time. The current version is always available on this page, and continued use means you accept the updated version.
